Lately I have been stopping at the local Rally gas station where they have the best prepared coffee. Yes they have s'mores! It is SO good. You can actually taste the graham cracker and marsh mellow. Yummy..

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Southern Food

I cooked up a mess of swiss chard tonite, as if they were collards. I sauted an onion and some garlic, then threw in two ham hocks, 2 cups of chicken stock, 2 cups of beef stock, 2 cups of water, two tablespoons of house seasoning and two big bunches of chard. Cooked it for an hour, and the house still smells awesome! I was too lazy to make cornbread, and just ate the chard by itself. Lola, it would have been really good with some sweet tea!!!

I found my peace, my center...

Forget lube and towels, I found my Nirvana in Orlando this past Sunday...
