
I cooked up a mess of swiss chard tonite, as if they were collards. I sauted an onion and some garlic, then threw in two ham hocks, 2 cups of chicken stock, 2 cups of beef stock, 2 cups of water, two tablespoons of house seasoning and two big bunches of chard. Cooked it for an hour, and the house still smells awesome! I was too lazy to make cornbread, and just ate the chard by itself. Lola, it would have been really good with some sweet tea!!!
