Just booked a July weekend in Fort Lauderdale for Lulu and I. Are we gonna hang out at the beach? No. We're goin' shopping!!
Lulu and I are going to take-on the Sawgrass Mills Mall. All 350 stores...
We're going to be less than a half an hour from North Miami Beach, where I was born. I'm thinking of taking a little side trip to see my first home, my grandparent's Miami home and the barber shop my Grandfather owned for more than 50 years.
Look-out Crate and Barrel Outlet, here we come!

Definitely take the side trip! We did that on the way back from Cheeseland, and I got to see the amusement park called Kiddie Land that my parents took me to when I was very young. I also got to see the hospital I was born in, my Granny's old house, and even my Mom's high school. It was very cool.
