Drum, I've added two things to our "Bucket List"...

Number 1 - We are going to eat at a Rick Bayless restaurant, which means a trip to Chicago!! I've seen Rick as a judge on Top Chef and now as one of the finalists on Top Chef Masters. I think he's an incredible chef and seems to be a genuinely nice person.

Number 2 - We are going to see Stacey Kent in concert! I find her music absolutely amazing! It makes me happy to listen to her sing. I could not find any concert dates in the US through most of next year, so that means we are either heading to Europe, or have to be patient and wait.

And, well, I know neither of us have much patience...
