Anywho, I say drugs and prostitution. Or too many brownies and chocolate cookies. His nose is the same, and if they did try to hide wrinkles and crevices, they didn't do a very good job. Perhaps a recent chemical peel (note odd blush on cheeks), but I don't think he has had too much work done. Just not aging well.
