Hoodie Hoo day is a real holiday. From Wellcat.com:
Northern Hemisphere Hoodie-Hoo-Day -- At high noon (local time) citizens are asked to go outdoors and yell "Hoodie-Hoo" to chase winter and make ready for spring, one month from now.
Some of the other info I read says that in addition to yelling Hoodie Hoo, you are also supposed to wave your hands over your head. That would be quite a site, wouldn't it? So get out there and yell and wave at Noon today!!!
