Bad Customer Service

So I went to Smoothie King at 6331 4th Street North in St. Petersburg, FL today at lunch. My friend Flo ordered her smoothie, and I noticed that the girl behind the counter was a little odd. Once Flo finished her order, the girl just stood there, staring at the cash register and never looking up and not saying one word. I looked at Flo, who said she already ordered and shrugged her shoulders. I asked the girl if she was ready to take my order, and she said, "What do you want?" Uh, no. I told her I didn't want anything because I didn't want to support her business if she couldn't even be bothered to look up at me. Well, this sent her into quite a little hissy. She said, "My eyes hurt, sir. It's bright outside (aren't we inside?), and I'm sorry that I can't afford new glasses or contacts, sir." She went on to say that her boss wouldn't let her go home because he didn't come into today. Then she yelled at Flo and said, "Do you still want something, ma'am?", and then she started slamming her little blender bullshit around behind the counter. And of course, she is crying through her little tirade. Lola was there and will back this story up. And THEN this little bitch makes direct eye contact with the next two customers behind us because she knows I am watching her. She is REALLY going to have a hard time affording new contacts or glasses after I talk to the owner later today and get her fired. Why do people fuck with me? Every where I go. Is it me?

It was not a very pleasant experience!

I too wanted a Smoothie, but I am much to scared of Drum to have ordered one after all this went down...

**UPDATE** I got the stock answer, "This isn't the kind of customer service we want our customers to experience. We will address the issue. Here is a $5 gift card." First of all, $5 doesn't even pay for one smoothie. How freakin' cheap can they get? They lost my business forever, and I will talk about it forever.
