Eat, Shop, Laugh, Eat, Shop, Laugh...

That was the theme of the last weekend. Lulu and I had a fabulous time in Orlando.

Eat - We had one of the best meals I have ever had at Todd English's Bluezoo, located in the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel.

Our appetizer was Tuna Tar tare layered with Rock Shrimp in a citrus glaze wrapped in a cucumber ribbon.

Lulu had the Mahi-Mahi with a red curry coconut sauce.

I had the Swordfish with a risotto topped sheet of mascarpone and baby vegetables.

The meal was fantastic, the restaurant was gorgeous and the service was wonderful. We also had lunch at a great little place near downtown Orlando; The White Wolf Cafe'. The Vegetarian Plate and Philly Flatbread were delicious!

Shop - we definitely shopped 'till we dropped. We mall-hopped (both regular retail and outlet), visited Downtown Disney, and toured all the gift shops of the larger resorts at Disney World. The Wilderness Lodge and Grand Floridian are beautifully decorated. There was definitely a party atmosphere at the Polynesian.

And that's where were laughed. And laughed and laughed and laughed. Walt Disney World is the best place to people watch.

I also found out my Lulu was a born paparazzi. She's very good at blending in while waiting for the perfect shot.
