Some may call me crazy, but I love, love, LOVE visiting new stores during their opening weekend. Earlier today, Drum and I visited the new Publix Greenwise Market in Old Hyde Park, which is across the bay in Tampa.
The store was fabulous! It's a cross between Whole Foods and a regular Publix Supermarket. The selection was good, the fresh foods were great and the service was fantastic.

I loved it too, in spite of the crowds of south tampa posers. ladies, if you're over 40 and not so petite anymore (petite doesn't just mean short!), please leave the hip hugger jeans for your teenage daughters. watching your fat jiggle over the top while you walk in the parking garage is not going to get you any more business...I mean dates.
